Child safety standards
Dabbel LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everyone who uses the Dabbel app and our related services.
Adults only
Dabbel is for adults aged 18 and over. Every user must enter their date of birth when signing up, and anyone under 18 cannot create an account. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are removed.
What is prohibited
Users may not use Dabbel to create, share, request, or promote content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children. This includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn or AI-generated images.
- Grooming, or any attempt to contact, meet, or build a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sexualizing minors in messages, profiles, photos, or activity listings.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any other exploitation of children.
- Creating activities that target minors or bring adults and minors together inappropriately.
How to report
You can report any user or activity directly in the Dabbel app using the report option on their profile or listing. You can also block users at any time. For urgent child safety concerns, email info@dabbel.app.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
What we do
- We review child safety reports as a priority.
- We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement, as required by law.
- We preserve relevant information when required to support investigations.
